Your HVAC Maintenance Plan
Some homeowners assume that they don’t need HVAC maintenance while their system is still running. However, many issues start small and worsen suddenly, until your equipment breaks down. Maintenance visits allow technicians to catch these issues and make small tweaks or give you a heads-up that something should be repaired soon to prevent bigger problems.
Your HVAC tune-up could prevent safety hazards. Technicians may catch faulty wiring, loose connections, clogged drain lines, a cracked heat exchanger, and other issues that cause fires, water damage, or carbon monoxide (CO) poisoning.
Damaged or dirty equipment could lower indoor air quality (IAQ). Hiring professionals to clean and service your equipment helps you avoid dust build-up, mold growth, excessive humidity, ductwork corrosion, and other issues that make breathing indoors more difficult. This is particularly valuable if you have allergies or asthma.
Regular tune-ups help your system run smoothly, extending its lifespan and reducing the need for repairs. One or two yearly maintenance visits could save you hundreds of dollars in service.
Service All-Stars offers heating and cooling maintenance all year round. However, signing up for VIP Service Membership comes with additional discounts and benefits.
Don’t ignore these signs you need an HVAC tune-up:
- Higher energy bills
- Short or long cycling
- Odd sounds or smells
- Uneven heating or cooling
- Poor airflow
During your visit, we will change the standard filter and clean your burners, flame sensor, drain lines, condenser coil, blower motor, and condensate pump. We will also check capacitor and refrigerant levels and inspect your furnace for gas leaks. We will also inspect your evaporator coil, condenser coil, heat pump, vent pipe, and ductwork. Finally, we will ensure that your thermostat and CO detectors have working batteries.
If you’d prefer to service your units individually, we offer furnace and cooling maintenance in Anaheim. Our team cleans and inspects your equipment and then informs you if we recommend significant repairs or replacement.
